Optimum functionality and supreme design
The channel systems with slotted steel covers are made for all areas where the overall design calls for the “invisible” integration of a linear drainage system.
A multitude of possible applications is en-sured by two nominal widths - 100 mm and 150 mm - and different type slotted steel covers with inspection and cleaning apertures. Ambitious architecture and optimum fuctionality are easily combined, as e.g. for façade drainage (asymmetrical slotted steel cover) and drainage of surfaces in housing construction, town planning, and the general industries. Integrated cleaning apertures allow quick and easy flushing of the channels. The intake slot is tapered from top to bottom. This achieves a selfcleansing effect which prevents the drainage slots becoming clogged.
For slotted steel covers a range of overall heights is offered which even allows the connection to highly raised pavements. Grade B 45 (C 40/50*) concrete gives the channels a high lateral stability, and the slotted steel covers are available both with and without screw joints. This ensures quick and cost-effective installation without the need for a full concrete surround or reinforcement material.
